What do I actually get back? +

A design in your own .rvt — device and equipment layouts, panel schedules, riser diagrams, the supporting calcs, and an export-ready documentation set (PDF, DWG/DXF, IFC, RVT). It lands in your model using your private and hosted family libraries, so it looks like your office produced it.

What happens when the architect revises the model? +

You re-run against the new model and get updated layouts, schedules and calcs back. The day of coordination rework a revision usually costs becomes a review pass.

Will it hold up at plan-check? +

Designs are held to the regional standard and edition you select — spacing, mounting heights, voltage drop and audibility applied as the design is produced, not audited afterwards. You still stamp it; you stop discovering the misses late.
