Concrete
Every scope on the structural set, quantified
Boon's concrete model reads structural plans the way your senior estimator would — identifying each element type, computing volumes, counts, and lengths, then cross-referencing rebar schedules automatically.
- Concrete slabs — cubic yards computed from plan dimensions and thickness callouts.
- Column footings — each footing identified, sized, and counted (F4 through F14).
- Wall footings — linear feet measured along foundation lines.
- Rebar — bar size, spacing, and direction extracted per footing from schedule callouts (#6 each way, etc.).
- Volumes, counts, and lengths all grouped by element for direct export to your bid sheet.
